Return policy

Below, please find our return policy for new and pre-owned items.

New items

A return will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date, as long as the item is in its original, new condition.  For example, if the item was factory sealed and the seal is broken, then we will not accept the return as the item has diminished in value. Additionally, all returns may be subject to a restocking fee, as solely determined by us, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. There's no warranty from Tri-State Trains, either expressed or implied, for any purchase of a new item.

Pre-owned items

We will not accept a return under any circumstances. All of our used items are fully tested before being listed for sale, and we do our best to take detailed photographs and write accurate, thorough descriptions. There's no warranty from Tri-State Trains, either expressed or implied, for any purchased of a pre-owned item. Thank you for your understanding.
